Wasco County Transit
The Mid-Columbia Council of Government's Transportation Network (The LINK) provides dial-a-ride, door-to-door service within the City of The Dalles and select areas in Wasco County. The service connects to Greyhound for trips to Hood River, Portland and points east. On Thursdays, the MCOC provides a fixed route service to and from Portland, except for major holidays and if weather conditions make it unsafe or hazardous to travel between The Dalles, Hood River, and Portland.

The Transportation Network (formerly The Link) operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Call 24 hours in advance to schedule a trip reservation.

Dial-a-Ride
The Transportation Network offers Dial-A-Ride, door-to-door transportation services in Wasco County. Dial-A-Ride trips are scheduled in advance, and may include other passengers riding on the bus going to different destinations. The Transportation Network operates lift-equipped buses to serve customers who require the use of a wheelchair, or have difficulty negotiating steps. The Transportation Network is a convenient way to make essential trips to shopping, work, medical appointments, or recreational activities.

Fare: $3.00 for unlimited stops
No shopping bag limit.
The Link's bus drivers are courteous and will help load and unload your bags.
